Recent Projects
Our recent projects include a number of hotel renovations, restaurant remodels, and historic restorations. We have the diversity to work on projects like the Conrad Hotel in San Juan Puerto Rico, Varita Restaurant, and the Crowne Plaza Resort at Hilton Head Island. We also do local projects like the Lofts @ 315 in Springfield Missouri. Whatever the project, we are confident that we can accomplish the job on time and on budget! Just look at some of our results.
The Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza, located in the thriving business sector of Puerto Rico’s capital city, was completely renovated in 2007. Renovations included the front ocean side lobby, the mezzanine level lobby, the casino, the Ponce de Leon Ballroom, the Royal Ballroom, the fitness center, all boardrooms and meeting rooms, the business center, and all pre-function areas. After completion, the Royal Ballroom hosted the auditions for American Idol in Puerto Rico for the 2009 season.
Located in the lagoon side of the Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza hotel, Varita was completed in 2008. With intricate details from ceiling to floor, this Puerto Rican style restaurant shows its colors with lighting, upholstery, and unique flooring. La Varitas is owned by world-renowned chef, Wilo Benet, who incorporated Puerto Rican style in its bold décor while combining culture and cuisine.
Crowne Plaza Hilton Head Island Beach Resort
On Hilton Head Island in South Carolina, the Crowne Plaza Beach Resort has been renovated in all public spaces, including the lobby, Signals bar and lounge, Brellas restaurant, Portz restaurant, the ballrooms, the business center, the corridors, and gift shop. Other renovations included rooms and suites, balconies, the outdoor and indoor pool areas, the pool-side bar, and front parking area. The Crowne Plaza Resort at Hilton Head plays host to many functions and events and provides lodging for the PGA’s Heritage Golf Tournament each year.
In the historic district of Springfield Missouri, the Lofts were built in 1886 and recently restored in 2006. It was once used as a steel foundry, a buggy store, an auto dealership, a pool hall, a radiator shop, and finally a tack store, before being renovated to be used as six premiere gorgeous loft apartments. The rustic details were preserved while modern conveniences of our time were incorporated.
